Charlene Gamet
Owner/Builder of Spec homes in the Tahoe/Truckee area since 1978 and a
realtor with the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors since 1998. Buying,
building, remodeling and selling property has given me 29
years working knowledge of real estate, the building department
and planning agencies. Choosing a career in real estate was a natural
course to take. I love the opportunity to work with people during the
process of buying or selling property and find it extremely rewarding
and interesting. I enjoy the excitement of "Making your dreams a
Reality". I moved to the Tahoe basin from San Fernando Valley in
1978 with my husband Steve, we have raised 4 wonderful
children here and I can't think of any other place I'd
rather live and raise a family. I love every recreation
the area has to offer any season.

Having
a strong compassion for travel I have found myself living on both the
West and East coasts. Experiencing many different places has been
wonderful. When I found myself in Truckee California I knew I had found
home. After living and working in the Truckee are since 1998 I offer
over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and the mountain
lifestyle. My husband and I have enjoyed Truckee and have found that it
has been an amazing place to raise our two children, ages four and
nine. My love for the Sierra's, compassion for people, and
professionalism will make buying or selling your mountain home a
terrific experience!
